Tiwai Memory Masters Management

Mustapha Kamara, B.A., M.Sc., MCP, the CEO, has over 18 years experience in all areas of IT. He worked for the New York State Banking Department for six years at various capacities  Application and Systems Programmer, User Support Specialist, Network Administration and Project Management. Prior to joining Tiwai Memory Masters in 2003, he was IT Director for KRUPS North America for six years, where he was responsible for both the USA and Canadian subsidiaries. Mr. Kamara has managed several projects including implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with major retailers and implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for Finance and distribution.

Daniel Taiwo Chaytor, B.Eng.(Hons), M.Sc. is Director of Enterprise Software Solutions and Training. A database and software developer with over 15 years experience, Daniel has a significant wealth of experience in IT consulting and training, including computerisation and software development projects, the design and implementation of computerised accounting systems, and the design and supervision of training courses in both academic and professional environments. He headed the Computer Studies Department at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone for seven years, and has worked on and managed IT projects in the Gambia, the UK and Sierra Leone.

At Tiwai Memory Masters, Daniel has led software development and system implementation projects at a number of organisations, including the Bank of Sierra Leone, Sierra Leone Road Transport Authority, Bo-Kenema Power Services and the United Nations Development Programme. He holds a Bachelors degree with honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sierra Leone, and a Masters degree in Software Engineering from the University of Liverpool, UK. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Business Intelligence Development).

Mohamed Alpha Turay, B.Eng (Hons), CCNA, Director of Enterprise Network Solutions, is a seasoned computer network engineer and consultant. The Senior IT Consultant at KPMG IT Consulting for several years, Mohamed was the anchor for such jobs involving computer hardware maintenance, network design and installation, VSAT and Wireless Installations and the implementation of computerised accounting systems. He was also a key member of the team that conducted a post-implementation review for the Sierra Leone Commercial Banks UNIVBANK software.

At Tiwai Memory Masters, Mohamed has led the design and implementation of data networks for a number of organisations, including Celtel, SN Brussels Airlines, the Bank of Sierra Leone, and the National Social Security and Insurance Trust. He holds a Bachelors degree with honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sierra Leone and is a Cisco Certified Networking Associate.

Muctarr Turay, B.Eng.(Hons), CCNA, is Director of Enterprise Voice Solutions. He has developed a wide knowledge base in the telecommunications industry, having been involved in switching, transmission and data network design, configuration, implementation and support. He is a certified Nortel DMS (Digital Multiplexing System 100/GSP) Engineer, with knowledge of optical transmission systems (Nortel TN1, TN4 and TN16), signalling systems (ANSI/ETSI CCS7, ISDN PRI/BRI, R2, ATM, X25), access multiplexers (PDMX-EV/ES). In his previous role at Nortel networks, Mr Turay supported networks for international carriers such as BT, WorldCom, Colt, SITA, Global One, Carrier One. He is also Cisco certified network associate (CCNA). Mr Turay worked for Nortel Networks as a Voice Network Engineer for four years since graduating with a degree (BEng) in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College.
