AccountMasterTM Accounting and ERP System
AccountMasterTM is a complete accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that can meet all of the accounting and business management needs of any size organization. Based on a flexible and scalable software architecture, AccountMasterTM has been developed to cater to the specific needs of the Sierra Leone accounting organisation.
AccountMasterTM is browser-based and fully Internet-enabled, designed on a multi-tiered architecture, and takes advantage of a powerful and robust database system, Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
AccountMasterTM features the following accounting functionality:

- Inventory Control and MRP System that supports various Inventory Costing Methods and also allows the building of assemblies,

- Project Accounting/Job Tracking, fully integrated into the system.

- Fully integrated web-based help desk support system and several customizable reports in HTML & ASPX format.
Other Key Features of AccountMasterTM:
- Multi-company capable: supports an unlimited number of companies, each with an unlimited number of divisions within each company, and an unlimited amount of departments within each division. Each Company / Division / Department is its own entity, with the ability to manage their own general ledger.
- Fully and Truly Multi-currency: allows any transaction to be entered in any currency. An exchange rate table can be managed in the system and can be kept updated with the latest exchange rate information. Unlike most other accounting systems, exchange rate history is saved with transaction history. The system also automatically tracks realized gains & losses on foreign currency transactions.
- Multi-warehouse: and supports multiple bins for warehouses (stores), allows receiving into multiple warehouse bins, and tracks inventory by warehouse bin.
- TMM is continually refining and extending AccountMasterTM. Any feature not included can easily be built into the system at client's request.
